PTR Show in HIlton Head

Just a quick update from the PTR show in Hilton Head. We introduced a new Court Optimizer to eliminate dead court times, and also new website functionality. Plus, of course, the Tencap Tennis integration. We are planning to do some webinars in the next few weeks, and starting plans for a user conference.

Online Court Pricing

The new online court pricing module has been signed off from our QA department and is ready to rock 'n' roll just in time for the New Year. As the new websites get rolled out you will start to see some very exciting features planned for the first quarter of 2010.

iPhone Login

You can now login with your iPhone via two methods:

1). The login/password combination on the home page
2). The following link (the login is in the sidebar)

Zeep Mobile Upgrades

The Zeep Mobile service has been upgraded and should be providing much better uptime service. This service is still in Beta, but is still the best "deal" on the market. We have been in constant contact with them and hope the lastest service pack will address all of the delivary and reliability issues. Member Profile Updates

The member profile screen has been updated so that free-form text fields will now display the items that have been entered by rolling the mouse over the labels. This helps maintain these fields to similar choices. A future release will add this capability to member addition :-)

Improved Deletion Control

The deletion and movement of courts can now be restricted both by the court and the user credentials to protect. This allows very good control over all different staff levels to control which courts can be moved and restricted. The court audit has also been updated to provide more detail associated with each court move or delete activity
